- CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS
The person signing the rental contract must be at least 18 years old and shall be fully responsible for all rented equipment.
- DELIVERY AND RETURN
All equipment shall be collected and returned at the Wheels & Waves shop located at Plaza Loma del Rey, Local 40.
- PAYMENTS
Payment shall be made upon collection of the equipment unless otherwise agreed.
No refunds will be issued for early returns.
- DEPOSIT AND PENALTIES
- Loss of locks or keys results in total loss of deposit.
- Late return: €20 per extra hour.
- Extremely dirty items: €5 cleaning fee per item.
- INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
Equipment is covered only by third-party liability insurance.
Customers assume full responsibility for personal injuries and damages to rented equipment.
Wheels & Waves shall not be liable for accidents, injuries or personal property damage.
- DAMAGE, LOSS OR THEFT
Customers must take proper care of the equipment.
In case of loss or theft, customers must pay full replacement cost.
Minimum replacement cost: €1,500 per unit, plus accessories.
Equipment must always be locked when unattended.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
- NIGHT STORAGE
Equipment must be stored indoors between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM as required by the insurance company.
- REGULATIONS
Customers must comply with Spanish traffic laws and local regulations.
- BREAKDOWNS
Customers must bring damaged equipment to the workshop at their own expense.
Replacement equipment may be provided subject to availability.
External repair costs are not reimbursed.
- IDENTIFICATION
A copy of ID, passport or driving license is required as security deposit.
The booking person is responsible for all rented items.
- CONDITION ACCEPTANCE
By signing, the customer confirms the equipment is in good condition and accepts all terms.
- TOURS AND GUIDED ACTIVITIES
Activities are subject to availability and weather conditions.
Participants must follow the guide’s instructions and sign a consent form.
Bad weather cancellations: date change or full refund.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
- 48+ hours: 100% refund
- 24+ hours: 50% refund
- Same day: no refund
- DATA PROTECTION
Personal data is processed according to GDPR and the Privacy Policy published on this website.
- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Spain.
